Coaching Leaders on Their Path of Development
In today’s world, with the faster speed of change and greater complexity, leadership demands a higher level of development than ever before. Simplistic command and control approaches do not work; particularly with the younger generation of employees. The Leadership Agility Model is a coaching tool which fosters the awareness of how clients can grow as leaders to meet increasing challenges. In this discussion you will learn:
- What is the path for leadership development?
- Where might your client be on that path?
- What ways of thinking and skills need to change for your client to grow and become a more effective leader?
Join Master Coach Bruce Anderson with Thinking Partners, Inc. to learn about Leadership Agility. Bruce has over 20 years experience developing corporate and entrepreneurial leaders and teams in diverse industries and disciplines. He has a BA in Psychology and an MBA with extensive further training in coaching as a profession. He is certified in the Leadership Agility 360 Degree Assessment which he uses to help leaders on a path of leadership development.
