"Coaching Executives from a Woman's Perspective"
6:00pm - 8:30pm
How is coaching a woman executive different from coaching one who is a man? What natural assets can women leverage for success in executive positions? Does work-life balance mean something different to a woman than a man? How is leadership in the 21st century different and why is it moving toward a more feminine model?
Laura Lopez will help you to answer these questions by sharing her personal experience as a successful senior executive, wife and mother. She will talk about how the new leadership must have receptivity at its core and how it must leverage the creativity of the leader and inspire the creativity of others.
As a result of this session, you will walk away with:
- Insights about yourself as both leader and coach
- Practical tips on how to help both women and men clients leverage their assets and limit their liabilities as leaders.
- Ideas on how to help women become more effective role models and mentors for other women
- Hints on how to take personal accountability for your own leadership development as well as that of your clients.
